1.Why do International Schools recommend MeiCheng?

As Apple and Microsoft Authorized Education Reseller and Service Provider, MeiCheng is dedicated to providing genuine products and professional services for our valuable customers.

Since 2013, we have been serving over 30 international schools and bilingual schools in Shanghai, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Chengdu and other cities. With various of BYOD program experiences, we aim at providing one-stop shopping experience including pre-sales consulting, pick-up for repair, group training and one-on-one training.

We also receive routine data and feedback from users on product repair rate, cost of replacement components, repair response time etc so that we could make specific recommendations for educational institutions.

2.What after-sales services will be provided?

All devices are under warranty and we provide additional services such as training and loaners. You may check information of services provided for your institution in “My Account” – “Institution Services”

5.What is AppleCare Protection Plan for Mac?

Every Mac comes with a one-year limited warranty and up to 90 days of complimentary telephone technical support. Extend your coverage to three years from the original purchase date of your Mac with the AppleCare Protection Plan. The AppleCare Protection Plan can be purchased only while your Mac is still covered under the standard one-year limited warranty.

Service coverage is available only for the Mac and its original included accessories for protection against (i) defects in materials or workmanship and (ii) batteries that retain less than 80 percent of their original capacity.

6.What is AppleCare+ for iPads?

Apple warrants the iPad and Apple-branded accessories contained in the original packaging against defects in materials and workmanship when used normally in accordance with Apple's published guidelines for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original retail purchase by the end-user purchaser;

Main parts warranty is for TWO (2) YEARS. Main parts of iPad: MLB, Memory, Hard drive (HDD/SSD), Display (LCD) and AC Adaptor.

AppleCare+ Additional causes:

Service coverage is available only for the iPad and its original included accessories for protection against (i) defects in materials or workmanship, (ii) batteries that retain less than 80 percent of their original capacity, and (iii) up to two incidents of accidental damage from handling of your iPad, each incident being subject to a $49 service fee plus applicable tax. Replacement equipment that Apple provides as part of the repair or replacement service may be new or equivalent to new in both performance and reliability.
